About

My heart is for Christ, my education is from Liberty, my certification is from American Association of Christian Counselors, my mentoring has come from respected and experienced men of God and my mission is from God. We are all sinners in need of a savior. My counseling education and training is three fold; Experiential, Educational and Theological. My experiences have shaped my desire to become a pastor, chaplain and counselor. To this day those experiences shape everything I do. James 1 puts it this way "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds,  for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness.  And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." I'll never be perfect but my experiences lead me to earn a degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty Theological University in Pastoral Counseling. Not stopping there, I continue my education through AACC.

Everything I do I try to filter through the Love of Christ. I am honest about my approach. I care for each person willing to seek my help. My goal is simply to love people for who they are and help wherever I can. The care I provide is given strictly through Biblical Principles but that care is informed in understanding the psychological condition. Mental illness is real and conventional psychology offers many coping tools. Helping people understand the psychology of their situation, how their mind processes things, the sociology, how their environment has influenced them, and trauma, individual experiences that shape their responses.  Developing the understanding that true healing can only be found through the Love of Christ.
